Kristi Graning
Senior Vice President, eBusiness and Emerging Technologies
RE/MAX, LLC

Kristi Graning has established a strong reputation for quick delivery of innovative tech-based services to RE/MAX agents and offices.

In a recent multiyear project, Graning and her team achieved a major industry first: seamlessly gathering property-for-sale listings from across the United States onto remax.com, while complying with widely differing Multiple Listing Service policies. The industry-changing effort positioned RE/MAX as the first sales organization to provide public access to all of the listings in thousands of cities and towns.

Today, with millions of visitors, remax.com frequently ranks among the industry’s most-visited Web sites. Graning’s team also is responsible for RE/MAX LeadStreet®, which has referred more than 7 million remax.com visitors to RE/MAX agents and offices – with no referral fee ever going to RE/MAX.

Graning joined RE/MAX in 1991. Her knowledge, creativity and ability to clearly articulate the organization’s technological vision led her through a variety of development and management positions. By 1998 she was Vice President, Web Services and IT Marketing, and in 2005 she became Senior Vice President, IT and eBusiness.

Graning’s core responsibilities include: developing and managing proprietary systems critical to the organization’s mission; ensuring effective delivery of IT services; maintaining reliable communications and computer infrastructures; and providing vision, leadership and guidance on emerging technologies.

Graning and her team recently rebuilt RE/MAX Mainstreet, an extranet that provides networking and training to more than 90,000 RE/MAX agents across the world. The new Mainstreet is the foundation for ongoing innovations that further support RE/MAX agents and offices.

Graning’s insight and work ethic benefit many outside RE/MAX, too, through her industry involvement, speaking engagements and board membership on CSIA, Colorado’s largest technology association.

A native of Casper, Wyoming, Graning lives in the Denver, Colorado, area with her husband, Eric, and their sons Tey and Dax.
