Gerald Steen
Vice President, Commercial Business Development
RE/MAX, LLC

Gerald R. Steen oversees Commercial Business Development for all RE/MAX Company Owned and Managed Regions, helping expand the RE/MAX Commercial brand more widely across the United States.

Steen joined RE/MAX in 1992 as an Asset Management Coordinator and Contract Administrator at RE/MAX Relocation. From 1995 to 1998 he served as a Senior Marketing Consultant for both the RE/MAX Mountain States and Southwest Regions. He held that position until 2004, when he was promoted to Director of Franchise Sales for all Company Owned and Managed Regions, and was charged with oversight of franchise sales operations in the following regions: Mountain States, Pacific Northwest, St. Louis, Central/Northern Ohio, Pennsylvania/Delaware, Central Atlantic and Southwest.

In November 2006, Steen was named Vice President, Franchise Sales, a position that included overseeing franchise sales and managing 13 sales consultants in the 10 U.S. Company Owned and Managed Regions. In January 2010 he was appointed Vice President, Conversions and Mergers, to expand the RE/MAX network through mergers and conversions.

Prior to his RE/MAX affiliation, Steen served three years in the United States Army. He holds a Master of Business Administration from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications (cum laude) from the University of Colorado, Denver.
