Diana Fredericks
Vice President, Franchise Sales
RE/MAX, LLC
In the four years before she joined the RE/MAX organization in 1993, Diana Fredericks held a series of jobs selling real estate franchises for three different national companies. During each stretch she won top sales awards, including rookie of the year at two of the companies.
At RE/MAX, though, Fredericks realized she had found a home. Instead of setting her sights on the next move up and out, she set upon a radically different path: Selling 100 RE/MAX franchises over the next 10 years.
As Marketing Director for RE/MAX of Michigan, Fredericks led the Independent Region to a doubling in size in less than five years. In four of those years she earned the RE/MAX network’s top franchise-sales honors. In 1999 she was promoted to Vice President, Regional Development; and in 2002 she moved to RE/MAX Headquarters as Regional Franchise Sales Director. More important to Fredericks, a short time later she recorded that 100th sale.
In 2006 Fredericks earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, graduating cum laude. In 2007 she was promoted to Senior Franchise Development Consultant, and in 2008 she was named Assistant Regional Director for the Company Operated Region RE/MAX Southwest, which comprises Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
In January 2010, Fredericks was named Vice President, Franchise Sales, overseeing and guiding franchise marketing for all RE/MAX Company Operated Regions and Independent Regions.
In addition to her MBA, Fredericks has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University. Her real estate professional designations include the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Quality Service Certified (QSC).
Fredericks is active in her alumni associations and various community organizations. She was elected to the Junior League of Denver Board of Directors for 2010-2011, serving as Treasurer.
