Abby Lee
Vice President, Brand Marketing and Advertising
RE/MAX, LLC

Abby Lee joined RE/MAX in 1998 as a Media Buyer/Planner. In 2002, she was promoted to Manager, Regional Advertising, and earned her way to Senior Manager, Brand Advertising, in 2003. In 2007, she was promoted to Director, Regional Marketing.

In 2009, Lee was named Vice President, Brand Marketing and Sponsorships, and in 2011 became Vice President, Brand Marketing and Advertising. She is responsible for managing one of the most recognized brands in the world - RE/MAX, with its trademark red-over-white-over-blue colors and renowned hot air balloon. She oversees the creation of all aspects of the brand, including graphic design and marketing.

Lee also manages the regional marketing team that initiates and implements media and marketing campaigns in more than 100 U.S. markets, including national and local sponsorships. And Lee oversees the RE/MAX network’s philanthropic efforts and the national partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Lee came to RE/MAX with more than six years of advertising and public relations experience, having worked in the public affairs office at the National Endowment for the Arts and as an Assistant Media Buyer/Coordinator for Western International Media Corp. (now Initiative). Lee later became a National Trainer and Broadcast Negotiator, working with high-profile clients such as Home Depot, Walt Disney Resorts, Albertsons and Jenny Craig.

A graduate of Denison University in Granville, Ohio, Lee majored in art history with a minor in sociology/anthropology. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority and the sociology/anthropology and art history honor societies.

Lee holds a broker associate license in Colorado and is a third-generation REALTOR®. She and her husband, Bren, have two children, Eliza and Hayden. Lee enjoys playing tennis, cooking and spending time with her family.
