The Quality Service Certified designation is earned by those real estate professionals throughout North America who complete the Quality Service Certification training program and pass the exam. QSC agents agree to have their buyers and sellers receive the independently administered Quality Service Assurance Survey after each closing. Feedback from the survey provides opportunity for service performance improvement as well as third-party validation of the satisfaction level of past customers. Earning the certification is also worth credit toward the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. www.qualityservice.org
