The Market Value Appraiser - Residential designation is conferred by provincial real estate associations in Canada in conjunction with the Alliance for Canadian Real Estate Education (ACRE). Candidates must have five years of residential sales experience, demonstrate practical and current experience in their local market and complete a residential appraisal educational program.
