Definitions of Real Estate Designations

CRE
The Counselor of Real Estate designation is conferred by the Counselors of Real Estate, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Membership, which includes the designation, is by invitation only. The CRE designation recognizes problem-solving ability in areas such as litigation support, asset management, valuation, feasibility studies, acquisitions/dispositions and general analysis. The approximately 1,000 members have, on average, 20 years of experience. www.cre.org
