Definitions of Real Estate Designations

CNHS
The Certified New Home Specialist designation is conferred by Dennis Walsh & Associates, Inc. Agents who earn the CNHS learn how to provide professional support to both builders and new home buyers. Designees are required to complete 22 hours of coursework and pass a test on the presented material. The coursework includes detailed information on new home construction such as understanding structure, architectural design, site plans, topography, new home contracts, blueprint reading, and understanding the builder's perspective.
