It is with a smile on my face and a celebratory glass of wine that I find myself sitting down to write this email. We sold our house thanks to a very special team of agents who work for RE/MAX. The team of Douglas Crutcher and PJ Hartley were outstanding and managed to sell our house in less than two months. The previous agent was unable to sell our house in 6 months. We were out of the country for the entire time they were to sell our house and they took care of everything (landscaping, cleaning, leak issues and more). They completely took away our worries and stepped in to manage our house until the sale took place. They were the consummate professionals and from this day forward I will hold them as the "kings of the hill" when I compare our future Realtors.

Today is an incredible day that never would have happened without my RE/MAX agent, Angie Lotz. I am one of many impacted by today's economic climate. I had lost my job and was going to be foreclosed on with my condo as well. It is only through Angie's tenacious efforts that my condo was sold today through a short sale. Angie battled unreturned phone calls from every side ... the mortgage-holder and even me!... to keep pushing forward to get to this day. I owe her so much but at present can only repay her incredible efforts by letting the people at RE/MAX know, if there is the equivalent to an Olympic gold medal or Heisman Trophy, it should go to Angie Lotz. She listened to my tears, told me to hang in there, and never gave up. This is an incredible day that happened for one reason: Angie Lotz.

My wife and I would like to let you know about Mandy Becker. We had been looking for a retirement home in the Myrtle Beach area for about the last year and were taken on a roller coaster ride with agents that seemed “more interested” in showing us homes that “they” wanted to sell to us and not the type of home that “we” were looking for in our dream retirement home. We were getting weary with all of this. We even almost thought of suspending our search when my wife Sandy made contact with Mandy. Ava Gail Bourdon helped us make our dream come true. When my husband and I went to the RE/MAX office in St. Croix we were lucky enough to have Gail assigned as our agent. She developed a good sense of what we might like, in a very short period of time. As different plans and ideas developed in our heads Gail was able to adapt and focus in our different areas of interest. We settled on a small condo to get us started, and Gail guided us every step until the offer was made and the deal was in the works. All this shows unbelievable effort on Gail's part, since it was accomplished in a matter of a few days! As we left the island having just signed our papers, and never having felt pressured, we entrusted Gail to work on our behalf toward the closing.

I just bought a house using RE/MAX and had a great experience. We were originally using another new company but they never gave us information and they were always cancelling appointments. So, we went with RE/MAX and they sent us an agent named Raymond Caputo, from the Ronkokoma office. We started out in June and we finally found a house in November. Raymond did more than you could imagine. He always told us to call him for any questions and we did. He gave us more information than any other agent and he was an information highway. The best compliment is Raymond made it EASY for us to go through this process. He explained every little detail. We are recommending Raymond to everyone in this area, but we also feel that RE/MAX is doing something right and we highly recommend RE/MAX to all of our friends and family.

We closed recently on our "dream home" and wanted tell you what an incredible agent you have in Gordon Baglaj. We had sold our home in the Chicago area and began looking in Michigan around August 2009. Searching for a house long distance presented time constraints, but Gordon always made himself available for appointments.
