Arizona Broker Named Head of International Commercial Real Estate Association
(Denver, Colo., October 31, 2007) - Tim Hatlestad, broker/owner of RE/MAX Achievers and RE/MAX Commercial Investment, one of the largest real estate brokerages in Arizona, has been named president of the governing board of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute. A major figure in Arizona real estate since 1978, Hatlestad oversees a company with 450 agents, working out of 11 offices in the metro Phoenix market. A member of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, Hatlestad served as president of the Arizona Association of Realtors in 2005.
Since its founding in 1973, when it introduced the maximum commission concept in residential brokerage, RE/MAX has steadily increased its presence in the commercial real estate market.
