RE/MAX International Promotes Two Regional Directors
Company Operated Regions Gain New Vice Presidents


(Denver, Colo., September 14, 2007) - RE/MAX International has announced the promotion of two executives to the position of regional vice president. Terri Bohannon has been named regional vice president for RE/MAX of Central/Northern Ohio, RE/MAX of Western Pennsylvania and RE/MAX St. Louis. Rob Terranova is now regional vice president of RE/MAX Mountain States, which includes Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota and South Dakota. All of the affected regions are owned and operated by RE/MAX International.

Bohannon joined RE/MAX in 1992 and worked in three departments prior to joining Regional Services in 2003 as a franchise development consultant. After serving as assistant regional director of RE/MAX of Central and Northern Ohio, and RE/MAX Pennsylvania and Delaware, she was named regional director in May of 2007, overseeing all franchise operations.

Bohannon holds a Colorado real estate broker license and is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor® Association and National Association of Realtors®. She also holds the Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRB) designation.

Terranova joined RE/MAX in 2004 as a franchise development consultant in the RE/MAX Southwest Region and was promoted to senior franchise development consultant in 2005. He has been regional director of the RE/MAX Mountain States region since February of this year.

Terranova spent 12 years in law enforcement prior to joining RE/MAX, and was instrumental in developing S.A.F.E.R., a real estate agent safety program, which has been implemented throughout North America.
