Joe Reynolds, joined RE/MAX International, Inc. in 1988 as Corporate Controller, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 1989 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 1994.
Reynolds assumed additional responsibilities in 1995 when he became a Zone Director for Company Operated Regions. In this capacity, he coordinated operational and development activities with Regional Directors until 1997 when he was made Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer.
In April 2001, he relinquished the title of Chief Financial Officer, and in April 2002 he was appointed as Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, responsible for coordinating all internal operations. In July 2004, he was named Executive Vice President, Affiliated Companies. His initial responsibilities under this title included directing the activities of RE/MAX International Relocation, Inc. He currently oversees all areas of business operations, marketing and business services, including Sanctuary Golf Course, all new construction projects and development programs.
Prior to his association with RE/MAX, Reynolds was Chief Financial Officer for Denver-area builders. He has experience in commercial and residential construction and public syndication.
Reynolds is a a 1971 graduate of the University of Missouri (B.S. in Accountancy), is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has held a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation since 1991. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Chapter of the American Heart Association.
He enjoys most outdoor activities including golf, fishing and snow skiing and is an avid Colorado Buffs fan.
