CATHY MARGHEIM

Cathy Margheim was named vice president, controller at RE/MAX
International in December 2001. She had served as controller since 1997
and was assistant
controller from 1996-97.
Margheim graduated with Highest Distinction and obtained a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from
Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colo. in 1985, and completed her
MBA at the University of Colorado at Denver in 1997.
Prior to her career at RE/MAX, Margheim was controller at Flanagan Ready
Mix, Ltd. in Denver for two years and controller at Seabury & Smith,
Inc. in Iowa City, Iowa for three years. She also served four years as senior
auditor with Deloitte & Touche in Omaha, Neb.
Margheim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
An active community member, she also plays piano and organ for church services
and children ’s choir.
