It's almost Halloween and downtown Toms River is the home of the world's second largest Halloween Parade. Traditionally held on Halloween night, the parade is an amazing spectacle for the entire family and draws tremendous crowds of parade watchers. Until this year going to the parade meant kids had to trick-or-treat very early or chose between the two; however beginning in 2013 the parade will now be held on the Saturday night prior to Halloween. Mark your calendar for Sat 10/26 - You don't want to miss this one!
