Terri Bohannon (CRB) is the primary liaison between RE/MAX World Headquarters and the independently owned regions across North America. Her focus is on building strong relationships and communication with all 28 regional operations, and identifying best practices and innovative business solutions that can be shared within the group and the RE/MAX membership. Terri also serves on the Board of Directors for the RE/MAX Relief Fund, the nonprofit organization created to provide an instant response when catastrophe hits the RE/MAX family.
Terri joined RE/MAX in 1992 as an Administrative Assistant in the RE/MAX Relocation department. In 1994, she became Production Coordinator with the launch of the RE/MAX Satellite Network (RSN) and in 1995 was promoted to Operations Manager. In 1999, Terri transferred to the Information Technology department as Technology Marketing Manager, and was promoted to Senior Technology Marketing Manager in 2002.
In 2003, she became a Franchise Development Consultant in the RE/MAX Central & Northern Ohio and RE/MAX Pennsylvania/Delaware Regions. She was promoted to Senior Franchise Development Consultant in 2005. Later that year, she was promoted again, to Assistant Regional Director of those two regions. In 2007, her leadership role expanded to include RE/MAX St. Louis, and she was promoted to Region Vice President for all three regional operations.
In 2012, her focus shifted again, as she took her current position as Vice President, Membership Solutions, a dynamic new position designed to enhance communication and coordination between regional leadership groups.
Terri grew up in Dallas and attended North Lake College, where she studied real estate and started on her career path. She maintains an active Colorado Real Estate Brokers license and is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors® Association and the National Association of Realtors.
Terri, who lives in Lone Tree, Colo., is an avid golfer who also enjoys scuba diving, cooking, world travel and the company of her family and friends.
