Scott Bell is a Partner at Weston Presidio, a middle-market private-equity firm. He evaluates new investments and works with portfolio companies in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Weston Presidio in 2004, Scott worked as an associate for the Principal Investment Area of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he evaluated investment opportunities across a range of industries. Scott also worked as an associate and analyst within the investment-banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he helped advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings.
Scott is currently a director of WP Evenflo Holdings and previously was a director of Cellu Tissue Holdings and Micro Power Electronics.
He received his bachelor's degree in Politics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Scott also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Lone Mountain Children's Center.
Scott lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.
