Pat Lawrence oversees the components of the employee lifecycle from a human resources business perspective, including identifying and hiring new talent, employee training and professional development, benefits, compensation, compliance and performance management. She also leads risk management efforts to protect and preserve company assets and operations.

RE/MAX Career: 

Pat joined RE/MAX in 2005 as Vice President of Human Resources and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2007. 


Pat is originally from Ohio and moved to Colorado in 1975. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, and has earned an Employee Relations Law Certificate and the SPHR Certification.

Her career experience includes nearly 20 years at Keystone Resort in various human resources roles. She then spent three years with the Walt Disney World Company as Business Unit Team Leader, Human Resources.

She worked five years for Denver-based Teletech Holding, Inc., in the positions of Director of Human Resources Business Development; Vice President, Human Resources; and Vice President, Leadership Development. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Pat served as Vice President, Global Human Resources, for IHS, Inc., in Englewood, Colo.

Pat is a Certified Myers-Briggs Facilitator. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a past president of the Rocky Mountain College Placement Association. She has extensive experience as a human resources professional with numerous HR initiatives and accomplishments to her credit.


Pat lives in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with her husband Tom. They have two sons and three grandchildren. Pat serves on the Board of Cerebral Palsy in Denver, and she and Tom have been working with Jeremy Bloom’s “Wish of a Lifetime” charity. Her hobbies are shopping, exercising and reading.
