Kathleen Cunningham is a forward-thinking, strategic board member of private and public companies that are experiencing various stages of growth. Experienced in global expansion, product/market diversification and financial/operational engineering, Kathleen is a seasoned executive with 30-plus years of P&L and business-planning experience. She possesses strategic execution capabilities in multiple industries.
Kathleen has been in numerous corporate-leadership roles during her career. She currently serves as a Member of the Board of Managers for Chileno Bay, LLC, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Prior to that, she was a consultant for Mania TV in Los Angeles. She was also Chief Financial Officer of Webroot Software and Novatix Corporation, both of Boulder, Colo. She was CFO of U.S. West Information Systems, a subsidiary of U.S. West – known today as Century Link. She's also a Past President of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Financial Executives Institute.
Kathleen earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors' Governance & Masters Program and previously completed the Harvard Business School's Audit Committee Governance Program.
She currently lives in Denver.
