
Responsibilities:
Diana Fredericks (ABR, CRB, MBA) oversees regional operations in the RE/MAX Southwest Region, which includes Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
RE/MAX career:
Diana joined the franchise sales team in the RE/MAX of Michigan Region in 1993. She became Marketing Director in 1995 and helped the region double in size in less than five years. In 1999, Diana was promoted to Vice President, Regional Development for RE/MAX of Michigan. In her nearly 10 years with the region, Diana consistently ranked in the top 10 percent among all franchise sales consultants nationally.
In 2002, Diana transferred to RE/MAX World Headquarters as Regional Franchise Sales Director. A short time later, she recorded her 100th franchise sale, reaching a goal she had set for herself when she joined the network. In 2007, she became a Senior Franchise Development Consultant with the RE/MAX Southwest Region, and in 2008 was named its Assistant Regional Director.
In 2010, she was promoted to Vice President, Franchise Sales. And in 2013 she returned to RE/MAX Southwest as Region Vice President.
Roots:
Diana grew up outside Columbus, Ohio, and attended The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Marketing. In 2006, she earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, graduating cum laude.
In the six years before joining RE/MAX, Diana sold franchises for three different national real estate companies. During each stretch, she won top sales awards, including Rookie of the Year at two of the companies.
Personal:
Diana lives in Denver and is active in alumni associations and various community organizations. She was elected to the Junior League of Denver Board of Directors for 2010-2011, serving as Treasurer, and in 2011-2012 served as VP of Finance. She currently serves on the Gathering Place committee for the Junior League of Denver. She's also a passionate fan of the Cincinnati Reds.
